 L S Lowry A Hillside

An incredibly rare hand signed original print by L S Lowry titled A Hillside.  Unlike the photo reproduction signed editions, Lowry produced just 16 original lithographs, each taken from a very small limited edition run of just 75 copies each.  The rarest of the Lowry editions, due to the artisan nature of the lithographic process, there is an inherent unique nature to each print hence the terminology original print.  The real holy grail for Lowry print collectors, we are honoured to have this rare edition available.

Original Lithograph, in black & White with a tint background,  1967, on Arches paper, signed by the artist and in the stone.
