At Hepplestone Fine Art, we believe in giving something back to our community and helping good causes where we can. In 2023 we helped to raise over £14,000 for two charities which directly benefit our local community.
2024
In 2024 we were asked by our long standing clients and friends at The Travel Academy to help support the new Embers Charity which is so close to their hearts. We were happy to donate a rare limited edition framed set of prints by the late Robert Lenkewicz which were snapped up by a collector and now reside in their new home in Israel.
We once again supported the Supercar Showtime event in 2024 in aid of Derian House Children’s Hospice in Chorley. The event took place on 2nd June at Hoghton Tower near Preston and we donated an amazing limited edition print by Mr Brainwash which raised over £4000 for this incredible charity.
2023
Supercar Showtime on Behalf of Derian House Children’s Hospice
For the last few years we have been one of the sponsors for the fabulous Supercar Showtime event held at Hoghton Tower near Preston. In addition to our sponsorship, we also donated a signed limited edition print by Mr Brainwash which was sold on the day achieving a price in excess of £3,000. The day which is organised by an amazing group of volunteers raised £43,000 for the incredible Derian House. A huge well done to all involved.
FiredUp4 on Behalf of Onside Youth Zones and Inspire Youth Zone Chorley
In December 2023 we were asked by a friend of the gallery & long time collector to assist in selling a collection of ceramic artworks by a host of internationally collected potters who had kindly donated their works. With the funds going directly to improving the facilities in the Onside Youth Zones of which Chorley is a great beneficiary in the form of the Inspire Youth Zone, we were happy to help. We held a wonderful evening where all of the proceeds from the pottery sales were donated to the charity along with an additional contribution from ourselves raising almost £10,000 in total. A massive thank you goes to all of our wonderful collectors who supported us on the evening and of course the artists who donated their beautiful artwork to be sold for the charity. The FiredUp4 campaign raised in excess of £160,000 in 2023 with the help of the artists and the backing of the likes of Kate Malone and Johnny Vegas pictured below.
