Retail Art Gallery of the Year
Although best known for his role in the legendary band the Rolling Stones, Ronnie Wood's interest in music has always been paralleled by a passionate love of art.
Studying at Ealing Art College, it was clear that the arts played an important part in his life as an artist and influenced the people that he met at this key part of his life.
Whilst fulfilling an incredible career in music, Wood also observed fastidiously the characters and personalities that he met along the way. Wood's sketches of the personalities he's encountered demonstrated his skills as an artist and he has subsequently spread his wings producing fabulous paintings and limited edition prints outlining the milestones of his stellar career. Exhibitions globally from the USA to the Far East have cemented his position as an internationally collected fine artist as well as an iconic musician.
