Retail Art Gallery of the Year
Roy’s people is the pseudonym of London based creative artist Roy Tyson whose speciality is to create witty and intriguing imagery with customised figures.
Having originally begun his fascinating work with miniatures by photographing his unique figures in unconventional situations and creating miniature snapshots of everday life, his work has evolved to include the figures in new installations.
Roy handcrafts each figure by hand, each completely individual with their own story to tell.
Installations and corporate commissions have been completed for brands including Apple, Ted Baker, Byron Burger, Zizzi and the Royal Mint to name but a few.
