Barry Hilton

landscape art by barry hilton lancashire painterOur Barry Hilton Exhibition is almost upon us and new original paintings have been arriving all week including two rare early works secured just this week.  Such has been the shortage of Barry’s original paintings, it has been a real treat to see such a body of work in one place again and some stunning new subject matter.

The exhibition runs over the weekend of 25/26th February but we will be holding a special preview evening on Thursday 23rd February from 7-9pm for his avid and loyal collectors.

New Arrivals

On Guard April Shepherd SculptureAlso new in this week are a beautiful new collection of sculptures from talented sculptor April Shepherd.

The lastest collection follows on from her previously successful equestrian series but feature man’s best friend in her own unique style.  All of the pieces shown on the April Shepherd page are also currently available to view in the gallery.

Fabian Perez Man Lighting a Cigarette IIThe trend has also continued this week for collectors adding more substantial pieces to their collections against the back drop of low interest rates and uncertainty in some other traditional markets.  Original works by Fabian Perez and collectable limited edition prints by L S Lowry have both been snapped up this week so big congratulations go out to both these collectors who have secured some stunning new works for their collections.  If you are interested in investing in this area of the market, do come and talk to us first and also view the new Fabian Perez original acquired just this week.
