Week 5 BlogLast updated on
We’ve been out on the road again this week in search of inspiration and new artwork from as near and far as Salford and Paris. A trip to the Musee D’Orsee in Paris to view the Van Gogh’s, Monet’s and Renoir’s was enlightening and a fascinating insight into some of the influences of our modern day painters. Make sure you follow our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages for photos and updates from our arty travels.
A trip to Salford saw us able to endulge our Northern art passion and this week we are thrilled to have been able to secure two new highly collectable original oils by Geoffrey Key, including one of his last industrial scenes. Geoffrey Key’s paintings have continued to prove a great investment for collectors with a 2017 price increase lifting the prices by 10-11% so do call in to discuss it further if you are interested in investing in this fabulous artist’s work.
Two new works from James Lawrence Isherwood also arrived this week directly from the Isherwood family but sadly never made it on show with the first lucky collector to view them snapping them up. We are actively purchasing good quality Isherwood paintings at present so if you have well priced work that you would like to move on, please do get in touch.
Also just out this week is the brilliant new collection from Todd White. The ‘Come Together’ collection includes some amazing new editions, including some very small edition sizes of only 50, so do check them out on the Todd White page here. Full details are online now with the physical stock arriving shortly. Also make sure you pop 13th October in the diary for Todd White’s next visit.
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching next week, Doug Hyde has followed the Frogman’s release last week of the ‘Lookin’ for Love’ sculpture with his very own Valentines offering, ‘A Message for You’ – a beautiful thoughtful gift for your loved one to cherish for a lifetime.
Why not call in this week to say hi and take a look at these beautiful new pieces of artwork.
