Geoffrey Key Exhibition
Last updated onThis weekend it is our great privelege to begin a month long exhibition of original works by one of Northern arts most enduringly popular artists, Geoffrey Key. Having forged a successful career over sixty years, Key has exhibited alongside the likes of L S Lowry and Theodore Major early on in his career and has subsequently exhibited as far afield as Hong Kong alongside the likes of Dame Elizabeth Frink and Sir Henry Moore.
It is our great honour to be able to showcase works of such importance in the Northern art genre including works on paper and canvas spanning six decades and dating back as far as 1966. We do hope that you are able to take the opportunity to come and view these paintings in person this month while they are available at the gallery.
