James BLINKHORN
Contemporary painter James Blinkhorn is one of the rising stars of the British contemporary art scene.

Born in 1966 in Manchester, James Blinkhorn began demonstrating his artistic talents early painting commissions from the age of eleven. Painting a wide range of subjects he was given guidance buy his artistic father and wonderful art teacher Mrs. Seagall, who said "James is the most talented artist I have personally come across."

Blinkhorn's powerful and ultra stylish compositions are produced in painstaking detail, often crafted in pastel over several months. The pastel's used allow him to describe every nuance of concrete, smoke and sky to stunning effect with minimal use of the more conventional range of colours.
