Drew DARCYArtist Drew Darcy was born in Shrewsbury in 1976. The son of a doctor and a nurse, Drew Darcy gained his artistic flare from his mother's side who originated from Dublin.
Darcy painted from an early age and went on to study art and design, culminating in a BTEC in at Bournville Art College. Now collected widely for his provocative figurative paintings, Drew Darcy art is available as original paintings and limited edition prints.
"I can remember drawing from an early age, and was first introduced to oil painting at Stonyhurst College, Lancashire. I revelled in the fact that I could make my indelible mark on my own canvas, just like the great painters before me".
